This growth driven mid-tier firm is looking to bring on an experienced tax professional to work within its corporate tax team based in London. The role will provide an opportunity to develop advisory and business winning skills and involves working with a range of clients from plc’s, limited companies, professional partnerships and businesses in the owner managed business sector.
The role will give you the opportunity to provide advice on a range of corporate tax matters, develop ideas and provide a general advisory service to a variety of business clients. It would be a benefit to have experience of international tax. In return you will have the opportunity to progress to Director.
The Role:
- Actively develop and promote the tax function both internally and externally
- Proactively seek out or work on new products and services
- Work with clients and staff to develop opportunities in relation to tax problems
- Lead or assist with tax consultancy assignments
- Identify tax planning opportunities and convey the benefits to clients
- Focus on the development of new clients, attending new and existing client meetings, building up good working relationships with clients, colleagues, intermediaries and other networks to develop business opportunities
- Actively support tax teams in winning new client assignments, assisting with tenders and developing new work from existing clients
What will you need:
You will have strong general corporate tax advisory experience, tax structural issues, and mergers and acquisitions exposure and a record of dealing with quality clients.
